Mark, where again is the poll? I can't find it. duh!

Although I'll miss the name Comiskey Park, I know this move is good
for the Sox. More money means improvemments for the ballpark.
Hopefully more fans and more money for getting better players. Unlike
the problems going on at the North side. The cubbies can't get
expanded bleachers. Having problems shaking down the roof top owners
(and the cubs deserve something for their product). And wasting all
that money on one player that prevents them from getting real talent
on the team.
Face it, the cubs fans like tradition, Sammy, free sightlines from
the roof tops and a losing team. Sox fans want a winner (as witnessed
by their record vs. the cubs over the past decade, past two decades,
past three decades, past four decades, etc.) and will live with
almost anything that will get them there. Including changing the name
of the ballpark they play in. Which remember is NOT the original
Comiskey Park.
All-Star tickets. The Sox are mum on that right now. As a season
ticket holder we get our four seats, we also get first dibs on extra
tickets for opening day and the cubs/Sox games. But the All-Star
game? MLB decides how they get distributed. Being a season ticket
holder does nothing for me besides our four seats. MLB has not yet
decided or advised the Sox what they can do, so they've done nothing.
Good luck.
By the way, I'd offer you guys some tickets for opening day and/or
the cubs/Sox games, but members in my group gobbled them all up (8
extras for each game). As a matter of fact, I'm over-subscribed
looking for more tickets.
Good luck all. I figure some kind of lottery for the All-Star game.
I'm not even assured I get to go as I have 4 tickets that will be
split 8 ways. This sucks. Thanks MLB!
