Frustrating to us as fans is the right word.  In the day and age of the internet just tell the truth and be done with it.  You are right, it made JoeG look pretty bad.

I agree about Gonzalez. I've been wondering why Joe
hasn't been using him. I won't be surprised if he
doesn't stay w/ him though. Joe seems to love
changing line ups whther someone is good defensively
or hot at the plate. It's frustrating.

Frustrating too, is Joe's willingness to not be
straight w/ the media. Last night's pre-game
insistance that Hughes was fine is the latest example.
How about no comment instead of not telling the
truth?

I don't think he lied to the media - I think Hughes wasn't being straight with them from the beginning. Young pitcher with HUGE expectations from team...

Girardi knew fore the game that Hughes was hurt. I'm not saying I'm not behind Girardi. I am. But, like you, I don't like all his decisions. I didn't agree...

I think we're all behind him, we're just trying to understand him. Maybe this was some of the problem in FL, maybe not. Right now he's definitely got us...
