The Mens scramble is filled and I need a few more
women (5) to complete the Womens scramble. You can
register at www.yankee.org/scramble via paypal and
make sure to email me your rating and position.

IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE LIST BELOW, YOU ARE CONFIRMED
TO PLAY ON SAT AT WNA. If your name is not on this
list and you have paid via paypal or check, you MUST
contact me ASAP.

START TIME: 9am, playoffs start at 4pm and tourney
will end by 6pm

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE AT THE GYM BEFORE 8:30am to
confirm registration, register for NERVA, pickup
jerseys, meet your team etc. If you show up at 9am,
you take the chance of loosing your spot to a walk
on player - DO NOT BE LATE!

There are places to eat around the gym (trader joes,
DD, pizza etc. You should also plan to bring
water/gatorade, and some snacks. There will be games
where you do not play and will be able to eat.

Format:
You will play 8 games (21 points rally) with the top
teams based on record breaking to go to playoffs.
Playoffs are best 2/3 (1&2 to 21 and 3rd game to 15).
Prizes will go to winners.

Make sure to bring the following:
- whistle
- volleyball to warm up (we provide game balls)
- folding chair if you have one - sit in when you are
off - the WNA has a stage but limited benches for
players
- CHECK BOOK to register for NERVA if you are a new
member (IF YOU BRING CASH - BRING EXACT CHANGE - NO
CHANGE WILL BE AVAIL)
- We will be giving out numbered jerseys but you can
bring another one if you like (4" number front - 6" on
back)
- Shorts - you can wear any type of short you want -
color and design dont matter

All players must be NERVA members (registration form
you will fill out on saturday). If you are a nerva
member, you are all set and dont need to fill
anything out except check in. If you are new to
yankee, you will
need to sign up for a 1 day or year membership to
yankee. For new or old yankee players that havent
signed up this year, the 1 day fee is covered in
your $20 scramble registration fee. Brand new
members that have never played yankee before will
receive a discounted membership of $17 for full year
(usually $32) if they sign up for the full year at
the scramble.

Teams will be put together based on strength and
positions and teams will not be sent out via email,
they will be posted on Saturday morning.
