· U-volley, Coed, Seniors over 60, March 10th 2007
· Club B, BB, A, AA, Open March 15th, 2007

Send the following items to register for Nationals:
1 Check written to “USA Volleyball Championships” (on the MEMO line, include
your Team name, Level and Gender)
2 Roster
3 Entry form from TIVA which is signed (Electronic Form) STAPLE YOUR CHECK TO
THE ENTRY FORM
4 Team results sheet

register their team via the online registration. If you do not use the
