The girls did a fantastic job at Nationals.

All their hard training paid off and their
times and placings vastly improved from last
year. The hilly course featured a 1.5k swim,
40k bike, and 10k run.

Gabrielle (6th), Teresa (7th), Mary Ann (5th),
Susan (7th), and Margaret (6th), in their
respective age divisions, got on the podium
and earned a spot on Team USA for the 2009
Triathlon Worlds held in Gold Coast, AUS.

Elizabeth, Janine, Jamie, Reene, Jeanne, and
Sue are all alternates for Team USA.

The other team members were Sandra, Anna,
Jill, Lori Beth, Leslie, Darlene, and Joanne.
