The ride to the Little Grass Valley Res.
Sunday, August 16th.

The carpool leaves One Mile at 6:30am.

It is a 50-mile drive to the "town" of Feather
Falls, a mile past the Feather Falls Trail Head
entrance -- 26 miles east of Oroville.

The ride leaves at 7:45am -- with the Black Rock
Campground boat ramp on the south-west side of
the LGVR as our destination. Bring "swim gear"
for a refreshing swim!

There is water at the campground but nothing else
out there -- bring what you need.

We ride on the only paved roads out there. Both
distance options include a significant amount of
climbing on the way out -- and downhill going back.

The 60-miler is a loop -- the 45 mile an out-back.
Everybody rides back the way the 45-milers came out.
