I will be out of town this weekend so I will not be able to go the the one at
Stanky Creek. I would love to try and make any other weekend trail run that I
can. My only dilema is this... I usually only run about 4 miles max...I guess I
should train more to run closer to 5 or 6 miles to prepare for the trails. I
have ran 6 miles on the Wolfriver Trails and loved every minute of it but I got
an over use injury on my upper quad/ groin area. I will be trying to build up my
miles in the next few weeks so I can keep up with you guys.
