Having problems with message search?
MRTC's website lists several group runs. This is the listing for the Monday night group--
Run: Women Run
Time: 6:30 PM on Mondays
Place: Agricenter (Butcher Shop) parking lot in Germantown. Please call for exact location.
Distance: Training for a variety of goals: Local 5Ks, The Road Race Series, St Jude Half Marathon, etc. Workouts vary from week to week, at everybody's own pace. Sometimes we'll just do some miles (3 - 5), sometimes we'll do half-mile or mile repeats, and sometimes we'll run the hills on the other side of
