Hilde -
I was afraid of that. If it's going away that is
great! It took me a long time to give up the run, I
just kept making it worse & worse. I gained a few lbs
myself!! So I started pool running in the interim.
Lost a few now. I still have the problem. I wanted
to do St. Jude so I started running again; not doing
my PT like I should either. I got the pain again, so
I stopped running again - GOT to heal.
I hope yours goes away! It is a very stubborn
injury!!
And yes, a real literal pain in the butt!
Best of luck!
