We received a spam message on our boards today - not sure how this
happened since I have locked our group and it can only be joined by
invitation and approval. But these cretins are slick - in any case I
have banned the email addresses used to send the spam - hopefully it
won't happen again.

Is everyone ready for St. Jude on Saturday? Let's hear from you -
anyone running the 5k? The half marathon? The marathon? Is it the
first time at that distance for any of you?
