At that time of the year, down at the Bay, I think there's a good chance
there'll be wind and I was assuming that if there wasn't, everything
would just be postponed and the main fleet would be shifted back too.

However, I think you're right and the way I had it was too rigid. We
could just say "competition from X am to X pm" and tell people in the
morning when the kids may or may not start. Come to think of it, in a
southerly or a westerly we may want to race the Main fleet earlier and
let the kids race in the afternoon, after the wind may die.

Hi, On a typical summer's day in the Bay a sea breeze is often starting by 10am, so your times are probably pretty good. Of course there's no guarantee that...

Hi Chris and All, My suggestions are - Thursday - Briefing should be at 10am, then start the freestyle asap, say 10.30 on Thu for a couple of hours....
