It is my understanding that the AWA Insurance covers sailors and
protects state windsurfing association event organisers.

When it comes to events, the organisers would only be covered if the
event was being run by (or on behalf) of the state windsurfing
association. If an event is run by the windsurfing associaton, the
organisers wouldn't be covered.

Some ugly semantics over getting the event organisers covered.

I'm ok with being corrected, but thats the general state of affairs I
gathered from discussions at the last AWA AGM.
