I don't know if Chris already replied, but here is how to get to the photos:

You have to log into Yahoo with your ID and password, then go to the Windsurfer group site on the web (it should come up when you log in), and click on "photos", and you should see them.

I would recommend the 3.5m one for a skinny 11 year old, I think - how much does he/she weigh? Yes, they have turbans and fit on a standard Wally mast, and you can also use your own boom if you have one of the retractable ones - otherwise you may need a slalom boom or something.
