June 5th will be an unsanctioned doubles event with 1 round at each course and
will be limited to 72 total players (36 teams). pre-registration is HIGHLY
recommended for BOTH of these events, so be sure to get in early!

As most of you know we are holding our ace race august 27 at 10 am. For those
unfamiliar with the ace race you pay $25 to play. With this $25 entry fee you
get 2 prototype discs, hat, and a mini. There will be temp tees on every hole
which will range from 150-200' . You will use the prototype disc that you got
upon entry only. You get one throw per hole, the person with the most metal hit
and/or aces wins a brand new disc golf bag filled with discraft discs! We will
have all you can eat hot dogs and hamburgers for lunch for $3. If you are
attending and would like to bring food you are more than welcome! I will be
putting a sign up sheet on the bulletin board. If you are interested in playing
just sign up. This will make ordering the ace race packages more easy. Thank you
and hope to see you out there!!!

I love Ace Races and having never played the LBRA course I would really love to come up for this event but unfortunately this is the same weekend as the PFDO National Tour event in Pittsburgh. :((

Hey all,

Again a huge thank you to everybody that helped get the course ready, counted scorecards, spotted, dropped off/picked up lunch orders, and generally made it a fun day for all involved. All your efforts were well paid for with all the complements I received from the players. KUDOS TO YOU ALL, and you know who you are! The largest turnout for any event that Creekside has hosted in our short 5 years of existence. We had 75 players and things flowed nearly flawlessly on our little course. Everybody was paid/prized out and on their way by 530 for those that had to travel far to get home. I again applaud you. The TD report has been submitted and the unofficial results are up on the PDGA website.

Thank you all again, peace & good tossin',
Crawdaddy

I found a nice pair of gloves, (XL black) and one Eagles glove. If you lost
them, I have them at the park. You can get them at the Gremlin Gobbler Sunday or

4 weeks to go until the CRAWDAD CHILLER VI - 2012 ICE BOWL, slated for Saturday, February 4th, 2012 at Creekside's Ridley Park. This Ice Bowl is a charity event benefiting the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.

Thanks to the Manatt's, the lounge will be open to their basement for lunch activities and restroom breaks. Bring a potluck lunch to share with others. Registration headquarters will be on their back patio, adjacent to the 9 basket.

Entry Fee: $25, plus $5 food bank donation or grocery bag of food items. Registration: 8:00 am. Start time: 9:30 am. Mulligans available @ $5 ea. Acepot: $2 ($1 to food bank) will be paid out by contest if no aces are thrown.

There will be CTP prizes and CTB contests. Additionally, this year, Dunham's has graciously donated an Innova Discatcher Travel Basket to be raffled off with all proceeds going to the Food Bank.

I am soliciting $20 hole sponsorships for clubs, local businesses, and individuals, to benefit the Central PA Food Bank. If you desire to sponsor a hole, see me to have your name or logo on a tee sign, acknowleging your generosity.

If you wish to preregister for this Crawdad Chiller VI, see me (Old Disc), or Matt Hamilton and we will sign you up.

Hope to see all harty discers at the Ice Bowl tournament - No Wimps, No Whiners.  - OLD Disc Bob

The Carlisle Coyotes appreciated your organization Robert 'Bob OD' (thanks for the sponsorship sign, well done).
You ran a good tourney OD with many helpful volunteers to assist the flow of the day and make the 40 golfers feel right at home.
Great Food.
Thanks to the folks @ the 19th hole Lounge for the hospitality.

Nice TAGS, good job Matt, et.al.

A WELL Run CLUB, thank you 'Dads.

Looking forward to the Llama IB in a few weeks.

OD, how much $ & food did you contribute to your charity!

Have a good rest of the weekend.

Hi everybody,
Because of the destruction of the Route 87 driving range, we are selling the
disc targets used at the range. Price will be $60.00.
If anybody is interested in a quality portable target, contact Mark at Country
Ski & Sports. I will also be putting up a notice at the course in Hughsville
