The package costs $50 and you get 10 cosmetically flawed discs.  You can even choose to omit designs that may not be appropriate for children.  $5/disc is the best price you'll find for an approved Discraft 175g Ultrastar.

You may also find it by going to www.discraft.com.  Click on "ultimate" in the upper left corner.  Then, scroll down and click on "ordering information" in the lower left corner.  Now scroll down to  roughly the middle of the page.  Under the heading "Sportdisc order forms" there's a link to order practice discs online.
