I hadn't heard that. I've been out of the loop lately on an on-site consulting

the fact is at this point we turned down the aid. just another example of
arrogance, bad judgement, and disdain for the international community. of
course, we have no problem buying cheap goods from china as we sit back and let
them violate our patents and rip us off for 100s of billions of dollars.

of course, give us a weenie country like Irag and we are ready to shake our
