Re: The ever Contraversial...

Now I am not saying to add to Wing Chun. All I am saying is look at the make up of it all, look at the idea which led for it to be created for "Rapid destruction" as Sifu Alan said.

Not adding to Wing Chun, just utilizing what is within it. I am simply taking from Wing Chun, and using it to cultivate mind.

We know that what we do on one side, must be done on the other during practice. In mind, which is all things, what we do (all action, thought, emotion, desire, etc) inturn creates our experience of what we consider to be Life. What we say to another, inturn affects us, and the mind we live in.
If we can take the mannerisms of that which influenced Wing Chun, we will be able to discipline the mind more consciously. Placing what would be considered Proper thughts, and cultivating virtuous and moral behaviour as a means to set an example of a mind that has stepped out of the "ordinary" mannerisms of the world.

Many have a mind that gives them the reality of the world being chaotic, dangerous and with no direction other than destruction. While others have a mind which gives them the reality of the world being peaceful, loving, and all beings being compassionate. There are other minds, which give endless amounts of realities inwhich they experience what they call Life. This tells us something. What we see life as isn't really life, but a cycle of conditions we experience and thus label life.

If we can discipline the mind in a manner as to be conscious of our thoughts, emotions, desires, conditional behaviour, we can reorganize the mind to give a reality of the most ideal manner of what we will call Life.

In Wing Chun, we use what we consider the most effective mannerism for offensive/defensive reality. We have total faith in that. And if there are doubts, they are not extremely influencing the practice as a whole...only a little.  When we apply faith in what we do in Wing Chun, and understanding as to which technique(mannerism) provides us with the most "desired" outcome..."Rapid Destruction"  , we tend to cultivate the mannerisms which lead to that desired result.

The mind is the same way.. not Rapid Destruction.. haha but if one places thoughts, desires, emotions , conditions(these are all conditions, but not all) into the mind with the intention, and understanding of how these conditions can be used to give us a reality of what we consider is to be the ideal life we wish to experience, we will become(as we already are but just have not cultivated it) a conscious creator of our reality. Yet, detaching plays an integral part AND is a science in and of itself which cannot be spoken of in one sentence to help others understand. BUT we can say detaching is LOSS. Enlightenment is not attained, but revealed through the loss of conditions of the mind...one needs cultivation.

Do you all see where I am getting at?

Peace,
 Aiwei
