Hello everyone, the training this morning was great as always, the bridgeing
technique with a thrust jam kick work very well to close gap with control
during engagement, joe and joel are getting very good at this, it is very
difficult to hit them with jam and cross now even with latteral movements,
soon we can add the himbo to our attacks, the
thrust kick technique also help us improve our fighting stands, help
maintain our body weight back and the front leg out , the improved grounding
add power and help the rest of the wing chun technique easilier to apply..
