I'm writing for the last time in this broadcast format in regards to registering your team for the Santa Barbara Shootout.  Several teams have indicated they are participating in the Shootout but have yet to register.  If your team is not listed on the Participating Teams doc on the Shootout page of our team website then it hasn't registered.

are all of these games on the website?  i have been trying to get into wwll on the arbiter, but it says that our groups license has expired.  as an assigner, do you know how i send an email to people to register on the website that will be reffing these games.

Okay...the D2 schedule is not as cut & dry as the D1 schedule.  Please note conflicts as listed below and then open up the schedule and look for your own changes/conflicts.  Ultimately the home team's claim will preside but you have a chance to come to an agreement.  Clarifications are due by 5pm on December 18th.

1)  On 1/31/09 Occidental and UCSB 'B' don't agree on their game time.   

2)  On 2/7/09 UC Irvine and UCSB 'B' don't agree on their game time.

3)  On 2/7/09 UC Irvine didn't list their game with SBCC, which SBCC has listed as 3pm on 2/7/09 at UC Irvine.  This gives UC Irvine three games that day.  SBCC is at Long Beach State on 2/8/09 at 10:00am so it's not likely they're at UC Irvine that day.  Is UC Irvine really hosting UCLA 'B' and UCSB 'B' on 2/7/09 or is one of those on 2/8/09?

4)  On 2/7/09 both UC Berkeley and UC San Diego 'B' are at Sonoma State in 1 & 2pm games, respectively.

5)  On 2/27/09 Stanford and USC 'B' don't agree on the game time.

6)  On 2/28/09 UC Davis 'B' has two games at the same time, 1pm vs. USC 'B' and UCLA 'B'.

7)  On 3/13/09 & 3/14/09 UC Berkeley had themselves down in Santa Barbara for Friday and Saturday games, instead of Saturday & Sunday games on 3/14/09 & 3/15/09.  I changed that to Saturday and Sunday dates.

7) On 4/4/09 a USC 'B' at Pepperdine game showed up on the D2 schedule USC submitted but it's not on the D1 schedule Pepperdine submitted.

Please review these conflicts and resolve them immediately.  Additionally, look at the rest of the schedule for the normal confirmation that all your games are listed and there's not a game you didn't think was happening but it's somehow listed.

I have a quick request
 
Through this time period of finalizing the schedule - once it becomes apparent that a thread is simply between a couple of people could the discussion hop off the list and be between those people. Or if the subject line could be very specific to what the discussion is that would be very helpful. That way if it doesn't relate to someone they can delete it.
 
I am envisioning days where some people can't get to their email for over 24 hrs and will be bombarded with WWLL emails and not know if they should read them all, not have time to read through all, or will accidentally delete necessary emails.

The problem is with Vista and the fact that original schedule format submitted is not compatible and vice versa.

 

The same problem happened when we tried to send the schedule to Lindsay Barton earlier in the week…not

Sure how to resolve???

Okay...the D2 schedule is not as cut & dry as the D1 schedule.  Please note conflicts as listed below and then open up the schedule and look for your own changes/conflicts.  Ultimately the home team's claim will preside but you have a chance to come to an agreement.  Clarifications are due by 5pm on December 18th.

 

1)  On 1/31/09 Occidental and UCSB 'B' don't agree on their game time.   

2)  On 2/7/09 UC Irvine and UCSB 'B' don't agree on their game time.

3)  On 2/7/09 UC Irvine didn't list their game with SBCC, which SBCC has listed as 3pm on 2/7/09 at UC Irvine.  This gives UC Irvine three games that day.  SBCC is at Long Beach State on 2/8/09 at 10:00am so it's not likely they're at UC Irvine that day.  Is UC Irvine really hosting UCLA 'B' and UCSB 'B' on 2/7/09 or is one of those on 2/8/09?

4)  On 2/7/09 both UC Berkeley and UC San Diego 'B' are at Sonoma State in 1 & 2pm games, respectively.

5)  On 2/27/09 Stanford and USC 'B' don't agree on the game time.

6)  On 2/28/09 UC Davis 'B' has two games at the same time, 1pm vs. USC 'B' and UCLA 'B'.

7)  On 3/13/09 & 3/14/09 UC Berkeley had themselves down in Santa Barbara for Friday and Saturday games, instead of Saturday & Sunday games on 3/14/09 & 3/15/09.  I changed that to Saturday and Sunday dates.

7) On 4/4/09 a USC 'B' at Pepperdine game showed up on the D2 schedule USC submitted but it's not on the D1 schedule Pepperdine submitted.

 

Please review these conflicts and resolve them immediately.  Additionally, look at the rest of the schedule for the normal confirmation that all your games are listed and there's not a game you didn't think was happening but it's somehow listed.

For the Cal Poly B Team schedule, there seems to be an error because on February 21 AND 22 they are scheduled to play UCLA B team, then again its a double schedule of games vs Occidental Feb 27 and 28.
 
According to the scheudle we sent in, the games are just  Feb 22. at 1pm Cal Poly B vs UCLA B at UCLA
and February 28 Cal Poly B vs. Occidental at 11am.

UC Davis B is playing UCLA B on 2/28 and is playing USC B on 3/1.  For some reason there was a duplication of the USC game on the schedule on both 2/28 and 3/1.

7) On 4/4/09 a USC 'B' at Pepperdine game showed up on the D2 schedule USC submitted but it's not on the D1 schedule Pepperdine submitted.
 
Please review these conflicts and resolve them immediately.  Additionally, look at the rest of the schedule for the normal confirmation that all your games are listed and there's not a game you didn't think was happening but it's somehow listed.

The problem is with Vista and the fact that original schedule format submitted is not compatible and vice versa.

 

The same problem happened when we tried to send the schedule to Lindsay Barton earlier in the week…not

Sure how to resolve???

It seems every game on the submaster game schedule is a day earlier than it is supposed to be. Not sure what happened but after comparing my DII North full and provisional game schedule with the submaster, the schedule is pretty messed up. I attached my schedule for you to see if something happened when downloading. Maybe it's my computer.

On 2/7 we are at Santa Clara for an 11am game, not at Sonoma. And, yes the games in Santa Barbara are Sat. @ 3pm and Sun @ 11am. Thanks for fixing that up. Not sure how I screwed that up Image removed by sender.
