It may seem early but if you think your team is going to qualify for the WWLL Championships and you would like to stay at the tournament hotel then go ahead and book some rooms.

Below and attached, please find the letter from the hotel Director of Sales & Marketing with various rate information.  Since it's not a three day weekend there's a variety of rates available from which you may choose.  Note there are 65 rooms held for the event but with 11 teams coming into town to participate that comes out to only 5.9 rooms per team.  Add in officials and family and you're advised to stake your claim now.  Please note that a Friday night and Saturday night stay is required to use the tournament hotel.  Please do not call and ask to stay there only on Saturday night.

I wanted to give you something that you would be able to reference for use in your newsletter.

The date that I have is April 18  & 19 of 2009.

We will offer our Deluxe Garden Side 2 Queen Beds for a discounted rate of $129.00 plus tax for Friday and Saturday nights.

We will offer our Deluxe Garden Side 2 Queen Beds for a discounted rate of $99.00 plus tax for Sunday night.

We will offer our Standard Mountain Side 1 King Bed for a discounted rate of $109.00 plus tax for Friday and Saturday nights.

We will offer our Standard Mountain Side 1 King Bed for a discounted rate of $79.00 plus tax for Sunday night.

We will block off 40 of our Deluxe Garden Side 2 Queen Beds, and 25 of our Standard 1 King Bed for you up until the Tuesday before the tournament.

These rooms come with all the wonderful amenities that the hotel offers:
