Dear Coach or Team Rep,
I neglected to mention that your team photo should be a high resolution photo. It should be 300 dpi and sized to about 8 x 10. This is typically the default for most digital cameras set on high resolution. If you have it set for low resolution for fitting a lot of pictures on your memory card it will come in at 72 dpi. You can send it in B&W or color. I'll take care of it from there. Anything that comes in at 72 dpi and sized at 3 x 4 is not going to look good. Taking a 72 dpi photo and up-sizing it in Photo Shop will not yield a high resolution photo. It will only give us a stretched out low resolution photo.
