Many of you know Chif (Chifundo Lemani), who has been a long time WV HHH
(since 1992 or so). I thought you all would like to know that Chif
completed his doctorate at WVU this semester - he successfully defended
his dissertation last week Tomorrow he will be hooded and officially
graduate as "Dr. Chif." Please send him an email congratulating him on
