Hi there, my name is Adrian and I am a new member to the group. I was a hasher
in
Morgantown years ago, before I had my two children. I still run on my own, and
have been a
yoga teacher in Morgantown for seven years. This spring I am starting a class
called,
Running and Yoga. It is already really popular, with about fourteen people
signed up, but I
just wanted to get the word out for runners who would like to participate, and
would be sad
to miss it. Below are the details:
Six week session, starting Friday April 3
4:30-5:45 PM
Body in Balance Spa and Yoga Studio
$60 for 6 classes
- the first 30 minutes of class students will run on the rail trail. The last
45 minutes of class
is an intense yoga session focusing on opening and stretching the hamstrings,
glutes, and
hips, and strengthening the arm and abdominal muscles.
