I unfortunately won't be able to hare Tuesday night. I got a really
nasty case of plantar fasciitis on my left foot about 7-8 weeks ago.
(My calves and achilles tendon were tight when it happened.) I'm
almost healed but I need to limit my running for a little bit longer
so that I can finish healing. I've been biking a lot in the mean time.
