Hello everyone,

I hope this finds you all well. We are eagerly anticipating the
gathering in March of this year, celebrating and honoring Great Grand
Master Angel O. Cabales.

With that in mind, there will be a particularly interesting
Declaration at the end of the up and coming FMA Digest.

I believe this will be of particular interest to everyone, even those
who are not members of the World Serrada Escrima Federation.

So, I urge all of you, as I did with the last issue of FMA Digest, to
please read the foreward by PG Steven K. Dowd and the Declaration
itself.
