hello everyone,

due to professional interests i really haven't had time to
keep up with new posts.
therefore i apologize.
since my return from my visit with gm anthony davis, i have
been literally swamped at work.
barely have had time to keep up with my teaching schedule as well.

i hope all of you are training hard and doing well, as i am.

i have recently aquired a new training facility and i have great
plans to host some of my friends within the fma community.
