I've been too busy looking at, reviewing and practicing my WRUS
powerpoints to do a search, but every year that is a question I ask
myself because I can never remember them. So I looked them up a week
ago. Getting old so I'm not sure I recalled them all (or
accurately), hence... "off the top of my head." ;-)

Nice catch; however, IMHO the proper mechanic is for the PU to
declare TIME.... That's Nothing ! ! ! I know it is "splitting-hairs"
but you have now ruled on the action (that's nothing) and when you
put the ball into play you are not doing anything "over" but
attempting the NEXT pitch/play.
Successfully talked my way out of that jam???? :-D
