Please note that the National Challenge event states it is at S&M, however that is going to change after I have secured the new playground.

 

Also PE5 is a 2-day. You HAVE to run both days for full points. If you run one day you only get half points. Something new and controversial!!!!

 

We start the season with the Spring Challenge at OVR/National Trails on March 9. Then on to S&M in May. We have to month of April off as we test for the Indy 500!!!! Just Kidding. S&M is not available in April so I will have to see what I can come up with.

There's one that I do enjoy reading when the newsstand has it, but I
can't remember its name. It's geared toward collectors and restorers,
though. (Plus one of the editors has an NSU Ro80)

All I remember is that it was from OWINGS MILLS, MARYLAND, 21117.

Your right now that I think about it.  I think I am remembering more
some brit bike mags and stuff I used to read but when it comes to nuts
and bolts stuff the Top Gear guy's are kinda proud about how ignorant
they are aren't they. At least they thrash the snot out of things even
if it's all a bit cheesy.

What was/is that show that was syndicated out of a Maryland PBS
station with Pat Goss's garage and all that crap. Motorweek? That show
used to drive me nuts as they would never do anything but putz around
on back roads and show you how many cupholders cars had.

The American Stig will carry around 4 super big Gulps and factor the
available receptacles into the lap times.

Instead of the Lacetti they will have a Monte Carlo with NASCAR
stickers that will just go in a circle and instead of being based on
the fastest time the prize will be given to the person who can stand
the shriek of the howling under steering front end the longest all
over a music bed of really loud bad Joe Satriani-esque guitar music.

Who knows it might not suck but I am not holding my breath.

Thanks for all the work you put into this. I know such things can
sometimes feel thankless, but I know that Rallycross, for me, takes the
aggressive edge out of my everyday driving and I really enjoy the people
that compete.

I'm hoping that I continue to be able to compete next year. Bill's got
another spawn due soon, and my work is consuming a lot of time. But if
I can make it, I will be there. Even if I have to drive the daily driver.

Thanks again for everything, and look forward to seeing you guys in a
couple of months. (And, I need to burn off some bad driving habits.
