Re: [WOR-Rallycross] WOR National RX - 1 week and counting

Dave,

I'll try to get there as soon as I can get Elliott out the door. We can help with set up in the morning. I can help with registration etc, and I can help Jim with timing. Of course I'll help with cleaning up.

Oh, and don't forget, I'm Buddy Leader!

Lauren

Hi all,

1 week to go and things are coming along very well.

We have some sponsors, some door prizes and up to 18 pre-registered.

Still nervous about not enough entries pre-registered....

Here is my planned schedule for the weekend:

Friday June 20   Noon to 6pm  Site Prep and Course Setup

(this can be as late as 9pm, but I have Dayton Dragon's baseball tickets for Friday night, so I will be scooting out early and leaving the course setup to the course setup guys!)

Saturday June 21   6am to 8am Finish Site Prep and do Course Check

8am Registration Begins and Dave has a nervous breakdown!

Sunday June 22   We have until 6pm to return site to pre-race condition, pick up and dispose of all trash, remove all signage and vacate the fairgrounds. This includes regrading the field, with seeding and cleaning of the building that the party was in.

Here is what I need:

Friday

1. Course setup/design

2. banner tape installation

3. trash can gathering and placement.

4. other things I can't remember!

Saturday

1. Waivers at entrance (Pam)

2. Waiver Patrol

3. Registration and Contingency Helper

4. Tent/canopy setup for Registration/timing/workers (if we have enough canopies)

5. Tech

6. People to Race

7. Timing Help for Jim

8. Trophies (Jason)

9. Dinner/Awards by Pork Chop Charlie

Sunday

1. Breakfast in Eaton

2. Begin Cleanup

3. Out by 6pm

4. Cocktails at Dwire's!

This is what I can think of at the moment. I will revise as I remember!
