I am biking to work every day and there is not one day when I do not have to deal with some angry idiots although I always respect the law. I started to file police reports against the worst of them. Bike are vehicles to the same extend as cars are, but this seems to be beyond the understanding of the average fat Joe in this country.

Ok gang, we have a situation.
Check out today's Record Review. Front page, one fatal bike accident,
one other "bad" accident. One looks like it could be cyclist error,
the other, motorist error without question. Both very sad either way.
The paper has editorial about need for safety and about a new commitee
formed to improve it.
Then there is the letter to the editor from Mr. Aquilino. He thinks
bikes should be ban from all town roads! Yikes.
We need to do two things: Please write to the paper and express your
opinions. Also, please don't give these people any fuel for there
fire. Be on your best behavior while riding in traffic and obey the laws.
With $4 gas prices, we should be looking to get more bikes ON the
road, not OFF.
