Week 1   Swim    Bike    Run
Monday off
Tuesday technique (5-10 x 100) 15 sec rest 30 min
Wednesday Strenght Training 45 min 30 min
Thursday 60 min (FA1) HR(133MIN - 150MAX)
Friday Strenght Training 4 x 200 15 sec rest  
Saturday technique 1.5 hr bike
Sunday 60 min
Total          
Week 2   Swim    Bike    Run
Monday off
Tuesday (5-10 x 100) 15 sec rest 35 min HR(133MIN - 150MAX)
Wednesday Strenght Training 50 min 30 min
Thursday 60 min (FA1) HR(133MIN - 150MAX)
Friday Strenght Training 5 x 200 15 sec rest
Saturday 1.5 hr bike
Sunday 60 min
Total
