There are also OWSwimmers at Todds Point in Old Greenwich (Tues, wed, fri) and @ about 6:00 am. Greenwich Tri Club @ 6:15 (wed, Fri). Water was great there...

White Pond is more like a lake. You wont be disappointed. Nobody has that I have gone with. There is a good .5 mile swim across teh length. I am thinking...
