I belong to Premier Athletic Club on Rt 9A in Montrose (Town of Cortlandt).
However it is a very expensive club and I am considering alternatives. there is
a NY Sports Club near my office and while that particular one does not have a
pool,their Gold membership allows you to use any of their clubs during off hours
and on weekends. But what I am really looking for is a pool closer to home. I
have been told that the Montrose VA and the Springvale/Bethel Nursing Home both
have pools that the public can join, but I have been unable to find any
information on line about either one. I have also heard about a community pool
in Ossining, but again cannot locate anyhting.
If anyone has info about any of these facilities, or any others in the area /or
