Brent, welcome :)
I had no luck to find a winning combination of my preferred work out times and a
decent pool. The lanes in the YMCA in WP are just way too narrow for me. So I am
now swimming w/o a group in Tarrytown (EF / Marymount college - very nice pool
and usually pretty empty) and used to swim at the Greenburgh/Elmsford Community
pool on Manhattan Av. (nice pool and folks, but few lap swim times that can get
busy).
You want to check the website of the Westchester Masters:
http://www.westchestermasters.com/
Most folks that do masters swimming in the area will be at the SC Yards Meet in
Yonkers on April 18th, too.

If you sign up add your affiliation to the Westchester Masters to join the
crowd.

workouts. The JCC of Mid Westchester in Scarsdale has also just launched a
Masters Swimming program with hours on Mon,Tues evenings and Sat, Sun mornings.
Roger Khan and John O'Brien are leading that.

am new to the area and trying to find a team. On the US Masters website, 2
programs in White Plains are mentioned. I live in White Plains. Any advice as
to the best program in the area?
