Thanks for your note - I'm still alone on my "crack of dawn" ride -
Can I interest anyone???
I'm aiming to go at a fairly easy pace, say 16 mph average, over a
45-50 mile route..
... You know, sitting in starbucks or your coffee house of choice at
9:30am knowing that you've already burned 1500-2000 calories in the
day is a great feeling!
