Thanks Adam. Sounds like a fun day Saturday, however I have the last
session in my set of swim lessons scheduled. I ran my first race a
few weeks ago (the Race to Deliver 4m) and had a blast, so I'd like to
join you some other time you're riding down. The next one I'm
registered for is the 5M on Jan. 12th.
What sort of pace/distances do you do on the Sunday runs? I may not
be able to keep up with any of you :)
