RE: [wccchataboutcycling] Route from Dobbs Ferry to Manhattan?

The broadway bridge is the best way to go. I have another way to the park. After you climb the Washington Heights hill near the GWB, about two blocks later you can catch the bike lane on St. Nicholas on the left (it angles off of Broadway) and cut through right to the park at 110th street. Less traffic than Broadway, and it’s safe. I’ve taken the route at 4am on my way to races in Central Park.

I want to ride into Manhattan this weekend from Dobbs Ferry.  Does
anyone have route suggestions?  I'm going to Sid's Bike Shop, at 235
East 34th St. (between 2nd and 3rd Aves.)

Thanks.

Hi Glenn There is no great route to do this. What I have done is take the train to 125th Street and ride down Park Avenue to about 115th or 116th (I don't ...
