Cheryl,
My wife and I have done a weekend tour with Bike Vermont and we had a
wonderful experience. It was well organized and the folks were
extremely friendly. They provide a cue sheet for each day of riding,
and they offer a support van with snacks, repairs, and pickup.
Breakfast and dinner were had at the inn where we stayed, but lunch
was had on the road. The routes took us through quaint towns that
offered siteseeing and shopping, covered bridges, and beautiful
countryside. Everything is done at your own pace.
They offer many different tours that vary in distance and difficulty -
-- the cue sheets had ride extensions for folks that wanted
additional mileage. Spring and especially Fall rides booked up fast -
-- we signed up over six months in advance for our fall foliage
ride! I would highly recommend them!
