There aren't any good options for eating on the Bedford village green. If you want to get a snack, you should reconfigure the ride to stop in Mt Kisco, Katonah or Cross River. Recommendations for Mt Kisco - Two Good Cooks on Main Sreet (117), north of 172 on the right (east) side); in Katonah try Willie & Nicks or whatever they're calling the cafe across from the Metro North station; in Cross River, there's a casual lunch spot on route 35 on the right just when you get to the top of the hill. I don't remember the name but they have chairs outside.
