Wayne,

Assuming your wheel is fine, bike wobble at high speed is actually a phenomenon that is common. I forget all the science behind it but have seen it happen and have experienced it myself. Something to with the geometry of the bike and aerodynamics. But the first bet would be to have your bike checked out.
