For anyone in the WCC Club that may be interested, I have just posted the following message on Craig’s List:-
A medical emergency in the family means I can't ride
the Seagull Century this Saturday, Oct. 8., on
Maryland's Eastern Shore.
I'm selling the registration ($55) plus a ticket to
the all-you-can-eat high-carb breakfast ($8) at face
value. Registration for this event has closed.
If you haven't ridden the Seagull before, it's one of
the best-organized and most popular centuries in the
nation. It's also one of the easiest because the
course is almost completely flat as it rides from
Salisbury, Md., out to Assateague Island and back.
Expect about 6,000 riders with lots of support
(including ice cream and pie at the final rest stop at
mile 80).
Registration packet includes all the numbers for your
bike, your jersey, and your helmet. It also includes
all necessary information, and the meal ticket. All
you have to do is sign your own liability waiver and
drop an email to the organizers informing them of the
transfer.

Email me to arrange a meeting time and place – We can arrange to
meet in the evenings in Southern Westchester or in the
day in mid-town Manhattan. Cash only please.
