I added a ride for April 17th. I should be done with the taxes by then, so
it is time to ride.

If you have not checked out the new ride board system, there is a new
feature that allows you to assign a cue sheet to a ride. This is really neat,
since riders can download the cue sheet before they come to the ride.
They can also see what the ride will be in advance.

You can also add cue sheets to the database. You can upload Word,
Excel, PDF's, and HTML files. PDF's are the best if you can generate
them. Once we get a large selection of cue sheets, it will be really easy
to lead a ride, since you can find a cue sheet on line in seconds from your
preferred start location.

The other feature that I will be turning on a few days is the automatic ride
notification. In the past, this group has had automatic ride notifications
emailed to the group. In the future, you will get emails directly from the
system and they will not be sent to this group. To receive ride notification
emails, you should sign into MyWCC and make sure you are set to
receive email ride notifications. This is done in Edit My Profile.
