Max,
I've got the same damn 10 pounds to lose. I went out on the long
Gimbel's ride last Saturday and got dropped like a rock. I've been
doing some spinning classes and running over the winter but I guess
I've been doing a some eating and drinking too.

Very sorry to hear about Doug's crash. I hope he is really is alright.
