One of my problems has been solved thanks to Greg Robinette who has offered me a ride to Aspen from Denver on Wednesday. I have reserved a room at the Hotel Aspen for Wed.-Mon. I am looking for a roommate to share expenses. I am also looking for a ride from Denver to Aspen on Wed. My flight arrives at 12:15. I also need to find a ride back to Denver early Mon. morning for a 10:15 return flight. If anyone can help me out with any or all of my travel arrangements, please let me know. To everyone else:
Sides are looking strong for Aspen. I spoke to the Aspen tournament director last week and he advised that the 55+ bracket will have at least three and possibly four sides. We would like to invite all players who will have reached their 54th birthday by September 17, 2009 to consider the tournament. Substitution is unlimited, the setting is second to none, and you will enjoy a chance to get in a run against players aged 54 or above.
If you are not familiar with the format of the tournament the 45's, 50's and 55's will play on Thursday. The 35's will play on Friday. The Open division will play on Saturday. The finals for all brackets are on Sunday. If you would like additional information please ask.
