I have Registered the Richmond Rugby Foundation for Ukrop's Golden Gift Program.
Anyone who wishes to support us through this program should:



1.Have or get a Ukrops Valued Customer Card.

2. Make sure they have your address correct because they will mail you the
certificates at the end of the program.

3. Shop at Ukrops between March 2 and March 28 and spend at least $100 during
the month.

4. In May, when you receive your certificate in the mail, forward it to:

5. Spread the word to friends, family and coworkers. Explain to them that since
Ukrop's doesn't sell beer, rugby players are at an extreme disadvantage. We need
everyone's help!





Customer Guidelines for Participation in Golden Gift

Any customer that has a valid Ukrop’s Valued Customer (UVC) card can
participate without any

additional registration. If a UVC card is needed, our associates at the Customer
Service desk will be

glad to assist.

Customers are encouraged to check with the Customer Service area to make certain
the information

we have on file (address and phone number) is correct.

To our customers -

Every time you shop at Ukrop’s and use the UVC card between March 2 and March
28, 2009, one

Golden Gift Point will be earned for every $1 spent. The more you shop, the more
you earn! Points

are automatically calculated and tracked on your purchase receipts. At the end
of the program period,

a Golden Gift Certificate with your household’s points will be mailed to you
(at the address we have in

our system).

You may donate your points by turning in your certificate to the participating
non-profit organization of

your choice. The more Golden Gift Points a participating, non-profit
organization collects, the greater

their share of the $200,000.

Note: Households must spend at least $100 during the program period (an average
of $25 per week)

in order to receive a Golden Gift Certificate. Household members will have all
points represented in

the Golden Gift Certificate mailed to that household.





2009 Ukrop’s Golden Gift Program Timeline



March 2 Golden Gift earning period begins – Ukrop’s Valued Customer earn 1
(one) Golden Gift Point

for every $1 spent at Ukrop’s. Points are tracked on the register receipt.



March 28 Golden Gift earning period ends.



May Golden Gift Certificates with the point totals identified will be mailed to
all eligible Ukrop’s

Valued Customers.



May Envelopes used by participating non-profit organizations for collecting and
submitting Golden

Gift Certificates will be available in-store at the Customer Service area for
pick-up by the nonprofit

organizations.



May 30 Non-profit organization registration ends – no registrations made after
this date by non-profit

organizations will be accepted.



May 31 Deadline for customers to turn in their Golden Gift certificates to the
organizations.



June 13 Deadline for participating non-profit organizations to submit envelopes
containing the Golden

Gift certificates they have collected. All envelopes must be submitted in-store
through Ukrop’s

Customer Service counter. This deadline, regrettably, cannot be extended.
Envelopes

received after June 13 will not be included in the Golden Gift payout
calculation.

Envelopes must have a minimum of $1,000 in certificates in order to be eligible
to

participate in the 2009 Golden Gift program.

June 14 – August 15 Ukrop’s will process Golden Gift Certificates

August 28 – Golden Gift payout checks will be mailed to participating
non-profit organizations
