Primarily,
there
is now a 5m offside line at scrums...this creates holes in the defense
and some attacking opportunities, we will need to adjust and work this
out early.
Those pesky forwards have been collapsing mauls all along, but now it is legal.
And, no longer need to match numbers in the lineout
