Heya mate, I'm super keen for a team down here, I was talking to some of the
shamrocks old boys today and they reckon there's a few ladies there that wanna
play. Also I heard that some of the younger girls who came last season were
still quite keen to play. Maybe we should also ask the wollondilly girls what
there plans are for next season.

I'm always keen for ruggaz, id like to see it structured differently though for us country teams so its not as commited.... such as playing 10's every fortnight or so.... (influenced by Sheri), but lets see how we go recruiting first....

Hey ladies,
so i just spoke to Paul Manning who is on the unigames board and he had a
meeting yesterday about womens rugby...

To cut it short it looks like the competition will be running, regardless of
whether we have 2 or 20 teams in the draw.

This ofcourse is not set in concrete until we hear offically but we do need to
get the ball rolling...

SO...who's in for unigames??? we need names and rego paid by next week...email
me back and let me know..

And....... If you get a team together, I have a wonderful feeling that
unigames actually falls on school holidays which means the friend you

I have already registered for rugby at unigames in the hope that we have some
opposition, i am down as team organiser at the moment but it can be changed.  I
just wanted to get the ball rolling...

the taste for rugby again, cos quite frankly AFL was fun but it just
doesnt cut it. So Morgs and I were thinking if we can get enough
interest and some opposition it might be a chance for one last
unigames, for those of us stragglers who are still at uni... bunch of
bludgers that they are! Ah so this is an official call out to those who
are still eligible and interested.
Its in Melbourne, Sept 28 - October 3. (Uni break - after wk 10)
Rugby goes 29th to 2nd.
So we probs wont get any teams to play but its fun to think about for
the moment and see what happens eh.
