Hey Team,
I'm putting out the feelers here... Team bbq at my place on Saturday
1st of December. 12 noon. BYO drinks, meat, nibbles.
Vinnies dress theme (not pants and top - dress meaning all one piece
type garment from a charitable organisation).
This event will be a bbq lunch followed by presentation of team rugby
bags followed by some drinking, team photo shoot dress theme style,
more drinking, train into town to continue more drinking at some form
of establishment that has rockin music and stuff.
Now if you have other commitments that are big and you can't get out
of you are required to send an apology to the team via post (address
details on request) with photo in vinnies dress and hand written sorry
note to be displayed in your honour. Otherwise you may join the troup
at any stage that is convenient for you.
This is an invitation to all team members past, present and future
(just let me know who is coming/you are bringing). So hopefully this is
a date that satisfies most, if there is a significant amount of people
absent/unable to attend then we might have to go another weekend.
So please let me know if you think it's a goer so then we can say "all
systems are go, let the dressing begin". Thanks. May
