Having problems with message search?
I will continue to push for Sunday runs. In the good old days, when there was a cohort of 10 or 15 Ventura hashers every run, which for some reason was every THREE weeks. ( Anyone remember Buttercup, Roc Doc, Scottish Wench, Hoser, Deep Thrill Her, Bunns, P-Nile, Ask My Wife, Pee Wee, Loan Ranger, Pronto, Slut Machine, Enema, Loan Sum Semen, Stroking Member?). We had a circle that lasted 15 or 20 minutes with a beer or two,occasionally followed by going out to eat but not always. Because a hash run did not consume half a day, and did not usually require another day to get over a hangover running on Sunday worked. For those of us who (this was the good old days, remember?) had kids with soccer and Little League and even have other social activities than hashing (did she really say that?) on Saturday nights, Sunday was preferable.
At the very least, I'd rather have some Saturday runs (H3SoB or LAH3) and some Sundays (VCH3 and maybe Foothill). But I understand Max's point about every other Saturday sometimes being the 1st and sometimes being the 2nd Saturday, and I have no idea at all how to work it out so Ventura does not clash with H3SoB.
