Hmm, so using the following formula...

VCH3(next_run) = SQRT((H3SoB(run_occurance) / 2.33) * 365.25) + 8

it seems a trivial matter then to schedule VCH3's monthly run for the
1st Sunday following H3SoB's 1st Saturday run of each month?
